Steven Owsley
Steven Owsley is a native Houstonian. His father, grandfather, and great-grandfather were all Texas trial lawyers. Mr. Owsley graduated from the University of Texas in Austin in 1980 and enrolled in South Texas College of Law. In 1984 he graduated from law school and was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1985. Mr. Owsley expects to be licensed in the State of California in the near future.
Mr. Owsley has over 20 years experience in both state and federal court. His first job as lawyer was in the Travis County Attorney's office as a state prosecutor. There he was designated as "The DWI attorney", reviewing and trying collectively over 1,000 DWI cases.
As a prosecutor, Mr. Owsley started out in traffic court and tried hundreds of cases. When he left the prosecutor's office he spent the next year in the Houston Municipal Court trying cases from the defense side. In short, Mr. Owsley knows how to handle your ticket.

Shawn Ozlat
Prior to Owsley & Associates, Mr. Ozlat's practice was devoted to the representation of insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and employers in workers’ compensation proceedings before the Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation and civil litigation.
